Man oh man. I haven’t watched this video in a couple years, but this is the video that was the catalyst to my awakening. After years of thinking that I SHOULD meditate I I finally sat down and used this video. 3-1/2 years later, I’m a completely transformed individual. And this video was the start of it all. So thank you. And infinite blessings to you for creating this gateway for me.

I've always had a hard time with the breathing in meditation. Paying attention to my breath always made me feel tense and anxious. For some reason, something clicked during this video and I felt that the belly breathing was actually incredibly relaxing and centering. Thank you!!
@samueljohnson83244 жыл бұрын
You're probably well beyond this at this point but I've found that not focusing on your breath allows you to focus even more
@AwakenInnerBuddhaYoga3 жыл бұрын
This is because in the process of OBSERVING the breath, the mind tries to empty itself, by trying to distract you with what you are holding. It throws up emotions, thoughts, blockages up into the mind so that the mind can release it. Now if you observe WITHOUT REACTION, this is a temporary stage of feeling anxiety and tense and like every other sensation this too shall pass, but only if you concentrate on the breath without any REACTION.

I wasn’t able to really able to get into this stress-relief-cry simply because I’m at my University in a study room and I just don’t want other people to hear me blubbering right now with jagged breathing lol. But I feel so much better now, thank you ❤️

I love the information on your channel and I'm so glad I came across it a few weeks ago. The other reason I love your channel is your soothing voice and how calm you make me feel. It would be perfect for guided meditations.
