This is a beginner's hip workout from the program: Beginner’s Hip Flexibility in 30 Minutes
Here’s an easy workout to help you increase flexibility in your hips, using long holds and beginner-friendly postures. You’ll also be coached through using your breath and gravity to help increase your flexibility in a way that’s effective and manageable - perfect for beginners or inflexible people, with lots of modifications to make sure each pose works for you. Enjoy!

My groin has been hurting all week, like something needed to pop, but I was afraid to try to force it and end up pulling something, but during the block work, there was a small pop that was just what the doctor ordered! I had also completely forgotten about the frog stretch and that would have been something that would have helped. I feel so much better after this session!

Hey Dean, as it relates to hip mobility, are there any workouts (not programs) that you recommend in your book Yoga For Men that can improve anterior pelvic tilt?

Anything that improves glute strength and hip flexor flexibility. So pretty much any routine in there.
