Thank you for this great workout! As a senior I did it for about two weeks before I was able to not hold on to the handles. Now I challenge myself by going one level up from your directions and keeping recovery at 3%. No longer have to hold on and swinging my arms high! Lol! Heart rate is in the 140’s-150’s range. Also your demeanor is very encouraging and reassuring. Hope you make more workouts like this for us to enjoy! Thank you again!

I actually finished this!!!...it gave me a decent workout/warmup before I worked out on my total gym...this is the first workout I have found for the treadmill that I have finished without breaking out too much in hives...

I absolutely love this workout. I usually do it twice in a row and sometimes i will change it up and challenge myself a little more. I notice that my stomach muscles are getting tighter along with my legs. I am at peak for most of the workout. What I would love is if you could do another workout thats between an intermediate and beginner working. So that its not quite as challenging as a full intermediate but more than the beginning one. Your guidance on form when on a incline was also very helpful. Thank you so much. Im really enjoying this.

Omg, im in the 300lbs. The first time I've enjoyed and completely an interval. I'm visioning myself running by the end of the year. Last yr I was crawling, this year walking. The treadmill is boring 4 me, so I found you and time flew. I did it at the end of workout but I'll keep it going and try at the beginning. My knees didn't hurt but I couldn't let go 😅😂my hands gripped, but it felt like I finally finished a video. Thanks. I'll look into your page.

I’m confused when you ask for percentages, is that the same as the number incline? So 2 incline is the same as 2 percent?
