I love this workout so much. I also love your energy. It's radiating and relatable at the same time. Feels like it's just us and the music. No more continuously checking on my body in the mirror or feeling insecure whatsoever. Just "OMG this is too hard I wanna give up" and "But the music is too good that I must stay" 😂

Still recovering from C section and not allowed to do any heavy lifting or to exert myself too much. These workouts have been perfect for me. Challenging enough to feel the burn and get my heart pumping, but not so high intensity that I feel I might hurt myself. Thank you for yiur awesome workouts🎉
