I am a convert to Islam and I noticed a lot of Muslim women aren’t into fitness. It’s not supported in little girls. That’s a shame bc exercising can make you feel strong and happy and give you self esteem that can make you try other difficult things. We need positive role models now more than ever! THANK YOU!!!❤️

Great valuable video teaching form. However, due to the volume of the music I had trouble hearing the instructions. Please increase your vocal volume and reduce the background music. Otherwise, very informative and straight to the point.

Since I had my baby my ab muscles became really loose. It has led to various problems over the years such as back ache, schiatica, drooping shoulders,, abdominal tenderness, etc. 14 years and 2 more babies later i am starting to develop a ponch becausr of the loose ab muscles. Any suggestions?
