THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! We need more smart Muslimas who are standing out. Your work does more for Islam than an Iman giving a khotbar every Friday. I am a convert to Islam and I noticed a lot of Muslim women aren’t into fitness. It’s not supported in little girls. That’s a shame bc exercising can make you feel strong and happy and give you self esteem that can make you try other difficult things. We need positive role models now more than ever! THANK YOU!!!❤️

Finally someone whos not naked! Jazakallaahu khairan for this sis. Really made lots of change in my life all because of your Ramadan weekly challenges. Next time can you minus the music, it's very hard to hear what you saying without the music at the background distracting. Xx

Great valuable video teaching form. However, due to the volume of the music I had trouble hearing the instructions. Please increase your vocal volume and reduce the background music. Otherwise, very informative and straight to the point.

AOA..i love it...it really makes m sweat....but can u give some advice/tip that will let us know that we r doing the LUNGES correctly... Also will it tone my untoned heavy thighs n reduce my hip size... Plz give motivation that we or should i say I can do it regularly n consistently..plzzz help

Assalam Alikoum. If you can start series for beginners , those who never exercise. Tips how to start , what to do, and what not. I'm really having problem, every time start with cardio class or something.. hurt so much..make me not repeat again. Also plz video for losing the buttom back.

Since I had my baby my ab muscles became really loose. It has led to various problems over the years such as back ache, schiatica, drooping shoulders,, abdominal tenderness, etc. 14 years and 2 more babies later i am starting to develop a ponch becausr of the loose ab muscles. Any suggestions?
