i love this video! reminds me of my early iyengar yoga classes decades ago, was trying to find beginner yoga class videos with props to ease back into yoga after a long long hiatus that reminds me of my old iyengar classes

This was just what I needed! I'm 56 with painful hips and not much flexibility in my spine. Great to see how to incorporate the blocks, and many thanks for not making me feel out of my comfort zone!

Hello Cathy thanks for such wonderful videos. I do yoga every day with you. Most times I do yoga at night and I was wondering whether you could do a beginner video "night time" yoga 30-40 min long to practice and at the same time decompress the stress of the day and let the energy flow for a good night. Thanks for considering

I have trouble keeping my glutes on my feet during child's pose. What's the problem? Should I stretch something? My ass almost imidiately gets off the feet

You could try widening your knees more and placing a rolled up blanket behind the crease of your knees

Its sort of difficult for anyone let alone a beginner to stop the yoga session and press SKIP on YOUR ADS and then restart in the exact position so we can follow you...... Put the ADS at the beginning and end of your videos not three times in the middle during important poses!!!!!!
