Cant wait for part 2! this is my favourite morning routine. What I love about your videos is that you actually teach it

I love this and your previous beginners video. What would be really helpful, and I realise it's extra work, would be this exact series of movements with the stopping to explain bits edited out. I really like the explanations and they are very helpful to have and be able to come back to but a version where I could just do the yoga session without having to wait or fast forward would be wonderful. Because your very good and I would love to start using this session in my morning routine and hopefully progress along with you as I improve. Thank you for your time and generosity. 😺

Here is my attempt to express the immense amount of gratitude I feel watching this video. It's always jaw dropping and (almost) idol-worshipping to see the kind of stuff you do on a daily basis. Your abs videos on instagram are insane and bodyweight work is just mental for a beginner to see. This video gives me hope to atleast start somewhere and your detailed explanations and clear intentions with these videos are a cherry on the top. Thank you so so much for this series and desperately awaiting more..( after mastering this one Ofcourse; baby steps ).

Shona you are amazing! I love so much your work. You give me so much knowledge and passion to get to know my body and yoga word. I can't wait to see everything new from you!

i really want to do a lot more yoga this year but don't want to go to a class full of experienced yogis yet and these videos are really great. I like that even though you're giving instructions you never forget to tell us when to exhale/inhale cos I'm really bad at that breathe coordination lol

Your last video inspired me to ease myself back into yoga after an unintentional break. I follow you on a few platforms and I just wanted to say thank you for the time you put into your content and how informative you are in terms of moving and taking care of your body and mind. It’s refreshing, plus you’re Australian and don’t refer to capsicums as peppers ;) rightly so! Haha no but seriously thanks and lots of love x
