Ingredients:
• Mutton 1 Kg
• Adrak (Ginger) 1 Tbsp
• Lehsan (Garlic) 1 Tbsp
• Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) Crush 1 Tbsp
• Piyaz (Onion) Sliced 250 G
• Dhania (Coriander) Powder 1.5 Tbsp
• Zeera (Cumin Seed) Powder ½ Tbsp
• Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) Crushed ½ Tbsp
• Lal Mirch (Red Chilli) Powder 1 Tbsp
• Haldi (Turmeric) Powder ½ Tbsp
• Garm Masala (All Spices Powder) ½ Tbsp
• Dahi Beaten Curd) 500 G
• Namak (Salt) As Per Taste
• Tez Patta (Bay Leaves) 2
• Dar Chinni (Cinnemon Stick) 2 Inch
• Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 5
• Loung (Cloves) 7-8
• Sabat Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) 6-7
• Oil 150 Ml
• Sabat Dhania (Coriander Seeds) 1 Tbsp
• Kashmiri Mirch ( Kashmiri Chili Powder) 1 Tbsp
• Garm Pani ( Hot water) As per Required
• Sabz Mirch (Green Chilli) 2-3
Directions:
-Add mix cut Mutton in the bowl.
-Add Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Crush Green Chili, Onion Sliced, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed, Black Pepper Crushed, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, All Spices Powder and Beaten Curd. -Mix and massage the mutton well for 3 to 5 minutes.
-Add Salt, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom, Clove and Black Pepper. Mix well.
-Cover and Marinate The Mutton For 1 to 2 Hours.
-Add Oil in the pan, when oil heat up then add Coriander Seeds and Kashmiri Mirch. Give a Nice Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add Marinated Mutton and Stir it well and Cook for 3 to 5 Minutes on High Flame.
-Cover & Cook for 1 Hour or until meat tendered on Low Flame.
Stir In Between.
-Add Hot Water If Required.
-Add Green Chilli.
-Beliram Mutton is ready Ready.
