I generally lift at a 24 hour fitness. I never thought about it 'cause I didn't have a point of reference, but through traveling I've tried out different gyms with different equipment and it's crazy how much more stable you feel on a good quality bench.

@Pauly2Swole-1970 The benches at 24 are low to the ground and narrow. The "high quality" benches are higher up and wide. It just feels so much better to press off of a good bench.
