Thank you Dr. Hansen, this video helped reiterate why exercise is so important and encouraged me to get up off the sofa for my resistance and HITT training with my dumbbells and kettlebells! As a 52 year old female it is especially important that I keep my bones strong. I also enjoy 3 or 4 x 90 minutes walks each week. Also very important to stay hydrated with water. Best wishes from Scotland 🏋️♂️🏃♀️🧘♀️

Well you know what they say, move it or lose it. Moving clears out your lungs and making your blood move around your body that's good for you. Of course consensus deep breathing periodically throughout the day is also good for your lungs. I've always had high HDL it always gets flagged as abnormal in my blood work that always makes my laugh because this is a good thing not a bad thing. At least for me short bursts of exercise thoughout the day and yoga and meditation works for me. Dr. Hansen always like information it's always helpful.

Good Evening! Dr. Mike Hansen, I appreciate your essay on the exercise for a better quality of life for all types of lifestyles, both women, men, children and the Senior Community. It is healthy; Maintaining an exercise routine every day helps us reduce the possibility of health complications. Unfortunately; there are people with certain hereditary diseases; such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and / or fatigue. We know! you are an example of asthma at your youth; Today! you have sought to improve his quality of life by including exercises in his lifestyle and routine life. Now! you are not 100% dependent on asthma medications for a healthy quality of life. Observations and recommendations to people with diabetes; They are extremely positive: including exercise in your daily life helps control blood sugar levels. People with type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent); they can include a daily exercise routine; which contributes to reducing blood sugar levels and depending on high doses of inulin during breakfasts, lunches and dinners. What; you explained in your article(video); it is necessary to maintain a monitoring of the level of sugar in blood; take a sample before breakfast, lunch, dinner and at bedtime to determine the amount of insulin to supply. Obviously; to include physical exercise (running, cycling, any other exercise); have sugar levels prior to exercise; to control the duration of the exercises to be performed. At your article; You was speaking about the proper functioning of the brain; neurons depend on good nutrition and blood circulation in the body. I I would like include at your article; people with diabetes and / or hypoglycemia conditions; they have to constantly monitor blood levels; very low blood sugar levels; greatly affect the functioning of the brain. Remember! The brain needs to receive sugars for performance function ( are biological junctions through which ' signals can be sent to each other ). Have constant periods of low blood sugar levels; neurons die and the brain stops working properly. It is advisable; keep diet and exercise controlled daily. Dr. Hansen; your article (video) is very valuable when informing at your KZbin viewer that exercise improves our quality of life. Thank you; for taking your valuable time on broadcasting Benefits of Execise. Notice! I am not a health professional.

I used to excercise all the time but the past few years I seem to have lost the motivation along with developing Spine and Hip issues. I'm not a couch potato but you won't see me at the gym or running a marathon. I have COPD from smoking so running, jogging and hiking is almost impossible. I usually walk and swim laps at the county indoor pool now that it's open again.
