Hi, Ben. I'm watching almost all of your videos and you are literally my guru in terms of facebook advertising. Apropos to this video I wanted to ask whether that's possible that in some countries "The Account Quality" isn't shown. In particular I'm advertising from Armenia and unable to find any "Feedback rate" in the section of "Account quality". Although I have a very reliable business and good "Rewievs" on Facebook Business page, I'd like to make sure that my account rate is high enough. Could you please suggest where else can I find the "Feedback rate"?

Good day ben. I want to know ive run ads and my Roas are around 9 on facebook and from facebook to overall website purchases are around 15... but my website roas has dropped after I had to pause my ads for a week becasue of shipoing problems... So my ads was off for a week. Now its like 5 days later and it still struggling to really get on the go even with a higher budget do you think the turning off of the ad campaign may have cause this to happen.. would you rather say if i am in this position again to rather just lower the buget for that week..

I don’t have a feedback score. I do have feedback only in my commerce account and it’s 5.0 but in the account quality/ meta business accounts there is no feedback yet despite me running ads for 3 years now for this business… odd

Hi Ben, so basically I am quite new to facebook ads so I am confused about something. I ran 2 campaigns for my employer, one was engagement based and other one was leads based. For these campaigns we were priced according to cost per result. But in another campaign that I ran for my personal business, I was priced based on impressions? would you have any guesses why is that?

Hello Ben, i started a ominipresent campaign from about 2 month, now for each ads group i have frequence of 3, and total frequency of the campaign 20. It is too much, i need change ads? How much frequency is good?

No not at all - building frequency is the point of the campaign as you need many exposures to build a relationship.

Hey Ben, I would like to ask you your opinion..I have a beauty studio and I made a business profile for Instagram ( I don’t sell products online) but I noticed that with the same amount of money on Ads, on my private I get lots of followers and messages and on the business one I get just a few followers but they disappear after 2 days😂..
