His "bad habit" is a photographer who took pictures of him when they were together. Ben goes to his art show and realizes that the photographer has included his pictures, indicating that the photographer still has feelings for Ben. Hence why the end of the video goes back to the beginning of their relationship. Ben has said this song is a prologue that is written after the break up. the rest of the album is a flashback to the relationship, with "ease my mind" being the beginning of the relationship.
