After being a USA Olympian in Women's Ice Hockey, I was injured and became addicted to opioids. DETOXING FROM THOSE ARE TERRIBLE!!! You Saved my life J and M .....My body is back is competitive shape, with some amazing new, sexy and tone add ons. I don't have to play anymore, but I am still an athlete, and once again you saved my life starting with yin, now, I am right there with you every step on every single video. At one point I was suicidal, because I was in so much pain. Thank you! Although we may never meet, you hold a very special place in this heart!!!

Thanks for the video! I had to comment...After doing this only a couple times I saw and felt amazing results. My arms have always been more muscular from collegiate training and now that I don’t play in college anymore I have been searching everywhere for feminine arm workouts that give slim and slender arms not bulky one. So, this has been amazing and now a adding it to my quick morning wake up workouts!

Hi, I know you weren’t asking me the question, but for future reference, anything that doesn’t use weights (for example dumbbells) or resistance of any kind (for example resistance bands) won’t make you that muscular, if muscular at all. And since this workout only relies on your body weight, it will only slim your arms! Best of luck on your fitness journey.

I am in awe of your channel. You have transformed me into a better version of myself in a matter of weeks. I would love if you could create more guided meditations as they've helped me overcome so many struggles and are the only guided meditations I've been able to resonate with. I'm built similarly to her and I always thought because I was so tiny I was too weak to do certain things. She has shown me that you don't have to be huge to get super strong. Starting to believe in myself more.

WOW did that burn! I found out how weak my upper body strength really was. But I'm working hard on making myself stronger since I found your videos, doing yoga everyday and getting better at it. Someday I will do a flow without having to come down to my knees. I'm getting closer and closer!

I used to have to quit 6 times and I couldn’t do the push ups. Today I almost completed every single move without ever dropping my arms. I think I missed a couple push ups and shoulder taps.

Zahra Omar yes! Definitely! This workout really strengthens the arms without the bulk your get with weights. Consistency and also eating the proper nutrition will help you slimming the arms.

It's late September here in the Ozarks region of Missouri. Summer is already over, but the high-enough temperatures to feel like it's still summer are not! I just finished using this exercise, and 5 minutes was all it was to making my arms feel tired!

I've done many of your classes and this is the hardest EVER. I still can't survive past 5 minutes in and that's with multiple 1-2 second breaks. But one day I WILL complete this and be strong. Thank you for motivating me.

I almost made it this time! My joints pop a lot, but hopefully moving them over time will heal them. I failed my way through the push ups, also. But it will be easier after a few more tries!

OMG I can feel muscle in the back part of my shoulder after a few weeks of doing this workout. I've never felt muscle there before. It was always just skin and bone.

I have been doing this for 5 days, and I skipped the 4th day because of unknown reasons but taking that break actually helped me. I dropped my arms only two times, the push ups were a lot easier, and I can already see some muscle. In general I’m a dancer, and I’m not like insanely fat in my arms, but I am normal in weight so don’t throw shade because, everyone goes at their own pace.

Thanks so much for this video, I just did it after your brazilian butt lift and it was a great compliment. I've been healing from a chest injury and have wanted to incorporate some arm exercises without pushing too hard on my injury. Trying this for a week- Day 1: I failed many times, put my arms down at least 10 times, going to try for only 5 next time :P My arms were in extreme pain during the workout but it faded away quickly. Day 2: Forgot to do this ;( I'm adding an extra day Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8:
