It's way better if you ask me, less drama, more useful information. To me this is the ultimate content, you have 2 experts in their respective fields with different focuses sharing theories and different strategies/perspectives so almost anyone with any goal can take something away from this.

EXACLTY. Drama gets old fast too. If someone wants longevity they best stay away from drama and just keep on their mission of teaching. I got tired of so many anabolic recipe youtubers because they all attack like wild dogs when someone messes up. And that's just high schoolish. Focus on your own mission. Leave the rest alone.

I can save everyone from watching the video: 10-20% is the sweet spot for most people for building muscle 5-10% you will build barely any muscle or none at all 20-30% you will build muscle, but at the trade off of cardiovascular issues during workouts and feeling worse in general

Sorry for the paragraph, hope that helps somebody.

I found this channel years ago, back when Greg was breaking down pharmaceuticals and giving really good technical breakdowns of training and nutrition but in a style like this. I’ve really loved how the channel has grown and really do like all the extra content. But this type of conversation and information discussion is the whole reason I first really became a huge fan of coach Greg. Hopefully we can get more of this, maybe even a podcast because for me this style has a lot more impact and staying power.

I'm normally between 175-178 and 13% bf and wasnt making much progress at all. This video kinda drove my point home of where my ideal bf seems to be for growth. I would like to get down to 12 -10% and drop a few pounds to do so but I'm really, really enjoying my workouts right now and the progress in strength is there. For example, my bench reps for 4 sets of 6 recently went from 250p to 260p and I'm stoked. Great video series and love this segment!
