I read years ago Dan Duchaine say that micro amounts of HCG multiple times through the day with slin pins is optimal, I thought the next best thing would be just spilt a 5000iu HCG vial by 30 slin pins in the fridge giving 167iu of HCG daily and the one vial lasts the whole month, job done. Another amazing video filled with not only unbelievable amounts of quality information backed by science and tests, but unbelievable charisma and sense of humor in only the vigorous Steve way. Thanks VS! I love HCG on my TRT+ protocol. I only pin 350iu HCG twice a week and 60mg of test cypionate twice a week. Indeed the HCG raises my estrogen. I played with AI's and did not like them even in very low doses. In my trial and error search, coupled with more great info from Steve regarding primo, I find a mere 40mg of Primobolan twice a week keeps my E2 in good check, as well as provides numerous other benefits that come with Primo. This is the magic serum or trinity mix, for me personally. I work play fight fuck exercise and sleep like a modern day caveman (while thinking more like a modern day man, or so I hope lol) and just love it.

I’m manager for hormone clinic. I see this very often in young men. Only two or three months worth of doing such a cycle and their testosterone levels are permanently suppressed even three years later. Do not take those products. You are better off taking the real stuff. I have seen many men use steroids and were able to recover. HCG is helpful, but it is still replacing LH and it is not a permanent solution.

I got great results from 12.5mg Test Cypionate -injected daily- (5-6 days of week) and 150IU HCG 3x per week. This keeps me at about 1000-1100ng/dl I'm actually trying to drop my TRT dose lower, as my blood pressure is sometimes barely a bit high, but mainly I have insomnia sometimes and a bit more sweating than normal. I am aiming for 850-900ng/dl for a while to see how I feel. I get anxiety on excessive androgen loads, even with good blood parameters. I spent so much money on bloodwork to figure this fact out. Mainly thanks to a million dudes on reddit saying: try this bro... your e2 too high bro... e2 must be low bro... My answer: some dudes just feel like anxious garbage on high androgens. It's like these guys think that testosterone/DHT is the root of all physical and mental well-being. But the reality is it's just an important piece of the puzzle.

Interestingly hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism has at least 30 associated genomic RSV, rare sequence variants, of which at least 10 are highly pathogenic , some people are carriers of more than one. The upshot is which ones you carry highly predict the response to HCG Somewhat influencing resulting testosterone level ,but even more the spermogram result , need for added FSH HMG etc . The science behind the individual variability you mention is extremely interesting. Tks the content.

The lyophilization process that creates the puck in the vial is a freeze drying mechanism and suggests HCG can be frozen without denaturing it. Best do as individual doses or where all unfrozen HCG to be used within 2 weeks and stored circa 4C-8C; as repeated freezing cycles are not recommended in some of the literature.

Only issue, please make it realistic . Say what’s needed and what will do, it’s stressful thinking you need EVERYTHING when some need a couple weeks of clomid and will be fine. Great video Steve. Does anyone else suffer from ED when bringing HCG into the mix? Everytime I've tried to add HCG (and again currently due to trying to regain fertility) it always negatively affects EQ? Also its not E2 related as that's been in range and also happens when micro dose AI is introduced. It's something to do with the HCG and not sure why 🤷‍♂️

what about rhCG (Ovitrelle) mixed with BAC water? There is a version with 0.5ml/6500iu and by adding 0.8ml BAC you can draw 0.1ml = 500iu.

My docs got me on Nolvadex, raises both LH and FSH and doesn’t affect aromitisation like HCG does. I’ve been on it for 2 years at 2 tabs per week no sides. Went from 350-400 to 600-700 and higher if increase dose frequency

Wow, the info here is like a volcano lol, not really seen anything like it, the density of content is astounding. So, for a normal male, they can take HCG with only potential estrogen issues. But at the same time could increase testes size and fertility... Do people take HCG just for larger testes for aesthetic purposes? I think I'm gonna try that lol. Thanks

Run the bs water nicely along the inner surface of the vial and take into account the vacuum there, which will suck the syringe to empty fast if you don't slow it down.

I started monotherapy 3 weeks ago 500IU 3x a week. Due to test levels as low as 8.6nmol/l and poor morphology/low motility sperms. I have a varicocele developed on my left nut, due to an accident in '98 with a tent pole. Ouch. No subjective response yet. First bloods next week. Dr suggested 6 months to see changes and also suggested clomid starting next month for a double effect. I hear about overstimulation/desensitization etc. but he dismissed/downplayed it. We don't have any timeline for stopping the treatment should it prove effective.

To restore testicular function and size while on trt, do I just go to 250iu 3x weekly on top of trt or do I need a higher dose of hcg to start with then lower it down to 250iu once I notice size has returned?

No hcg > hmg, hmg isn’t as effective in the studies, so it would be better to combine HCG with HMG or better yet use HCG with rFSH

So I am about to titrate up to 750mg/wk on Test E and i will add in 150 Hcg EOD. Do you still believe it will cause downregulation? I plan on running HCG alongside test until i run actual anabolics, then begin Hcg again once i come off.

I use 12 mg test cyp with 100 iu if hcg ED. It sounds wild but if I bump the hcg up another 25 iu ed, or the test by another 1 mg ed, the side effects start creeping in I was secondary hypo so I suspect the hcg may be doing some heavy lifting
