Very nice video obviously only eat and sit no walk no exercise for normal person body goes towards fatty side and in portion intake food fruits or veg or what ever eating and must follow the Dr instructions strictly for good health and to finish their diabetes only little effort need when get habit of eating no craving of food they have more cause body is in the habit. Salads are very good to filler up stomach in every meal cause no harm in salads with apple ciders vinegar with a tbs of olive oil or cooking oil mix bhindi eat also and soak in a glass of water 4 bhindi cut head and tail overnight keep in fridge and morning g e.pty sto.ach drink room temp water CN put half lemon squeeze in water to reduce fat and bitter guord kerala good to eat with skin for diabetes patients I my self do and contr other food rice sweetener maida means use in bakery items within few days find the big diff jamun take Nd it's seeds make dry and keep gri d to powder firm and 1tsp take with water or eat seed cause bitter lots of benifit get sugar level goes down slowly slowly inshallah again with diet control is the main condition the key role as Dr help out lot with his experience what he studies on diabetes must gollow him the results itself gets better.

Diabetics kay liye Calorie Chart ki zaroorat nahi hoti.. Wight loss kay liye ye concept tha magar ab wahan bhi ye khatam kar diya gaya hay.. Chuqandar suitable nahi.. taste kar saktay hain just mamooli miqdar mein. Do you know beat-root / chuqandar se bhi cheeni banai jaati hai.. Sindh side par bikti hai woh.. means us mein achi khasi mithaas hoti hai.. Avoid karna behtar hay
