@@yuan_cassie2426 Thanks for the question. While it depends on the level of athletes, We recommend at least 2 sets, of 3 repetitions of each technique. More advanced or senior athletes may do up to 5 repetitions. That said, we also suggest focusing on technique and balance at speed, as quality over quantity will likely yield more efficient footwork.
