Stairway step weave is great, kinda similar to jump cut drills just at a different angle and really working that hip movement ill try it out

Very good drills. Thanks for sharing. However, please understand you are using the hurdles in the wrong direction. All the legs should be facing the direction from which you run. If you touch them, it can flip, you can knock them down and continue. If you touch while going the wrong way - as shown on the video - then it might be your face that you will knock down. Please don't see my comment as negativity. It is to me a matter of safety. I had young kids in my PE lessons experiencing it the hard way. I do a lot of obstacle course and never let them come back the opposite way for that reason. Sometimes they don't listen... they learn LOL. Cheers and keep up the good work.

For me i place it at a distance of my middle finger to my elbow. It may vary from person to person as you would not have the same stride, same size of the arm etc.
