Hey fellow high archers...one support I have found that works is Jurtosa, found on Amazon. It has both support and flex like the doc suggests.

What is your practice called? I’ve had so many bad custom orthotics over the years for my super high arches. I’m in Rolla, MO. If these spenco supports don’t help I’d love to try a custom again that actually bends a bit. ♥️
