Stupid question but; as a German, I am curious about one detail ... If I buy a 250 Bucks Ratchet, can I choose my handle colour freely? Like, if I want a cyan one, can I order that? Or is it just the colours SnapOn wants to push? Like, idk, Red or Pink or what not. Because, I mean, sure, if I get a Hazet 1000nm Ratchet, it comes in Hazet colours for 100 Bucks. But if I pay more than double that, I am allowed to choose my colour how I want it?

I work at a dealership, and I'm going through the T-TEN program (Toyota Technical Education Network) and we have 1 girl working at the dealership and 1 girl in the class and both of them are doing a damn good job at what they do. One of the other guys at my job wanted to question her on "how does she plan on doing this job since she can't do some things" and I told him to go fuck himself. I trained her from that day and she has been one of the best people I've had to train. The girl at the college also puts her knowledge to work and triumphs over some of the guys in there, and I hear she is also a bad ass at work. Just because you are a girl doesn't mean you can't be a damn good worker, and that doesn't mean you can't be knowledgeable in your profession. Val, you have been so knowledgeable in your profession and helped us mechanics. Anyone who talks trash is just jealous that they aren't as successful. Thank you for what you do.

Visiting mechanics she has to bring a Multitool gadget on board... but not that industrial accident Snap-on crappy Gerber red thing. Insetad she will bring Victorinox Swisstool X plus P.N: 3.0339.L or perhaps a Set made by her very similar to 3.0339.L but with the version Swisstool MX clip variant. Total badass of a multitool for serious mechanics. And mirror shiny as Snap-on that matters should always be.
