wow fucken game changer, every other video says to do this but doesn't show you to arch your back in instead they teach flat back and touch your chest to the ground, I did as they taught for months and got pretty strong but it didn't transition well for me even with a tucked planche, immediately when I did it your way i noticed a huge difference. I am 6 foot (182cm) and weight 200lbs (90.7kg) I am hoping by doing this i can finally get my foot in the door and do tucked planche

@Lecolisthenics6 жыл бұрын
Bro, try to improve your hollow back hold (core strength) and try to do some lean with not much going ahead. Push ups and dips as basics exercises to improve your overall strength and then you will see some results couple months :D

My planche lean is very strong but I have very bad form in pseudo planche push ups
@one_zhando19734 жыл бұрын
You're attempting an advanced movement without proper development. Choose an easier progression.

For Pete sake, either give more information on what you can already do pushups wise or go Google it yourself. Otherwise you are wasting people's time.

Hi, Artem. Could you make a video of how to strengthen the knees? Lately my knees hurt a little after doing squats. And also sometimes they sound like crack. Excuse my english, was translated with google
@Lecolisthenics6 жыл бұрын
Bro, I'm not Artem, but I think I can help. Try to stretch your legs and warm up properly before your workouts, other thing is to keep an eye on the form that you are make those squats. Always keep in mind that you can point your toes sideways a little, and make sure your knees point to the same direction as your toes. Take care with your back position and try to 90 degree squats, full squat only if you have enough mobility to it. Take care and good trainings :D

Check up strength side for bulletproof knees routine on KZbin. Also I've had problems with my knees really bad ones. The osteopath helps me out in the end and recently been doing a lot of balancing on one leg to strengthen weakened muscles.

I have one question... Why is the planche much harder on the ground but easy on pp bars ?
@monster.14156 жыл бұрын
Eldin Balicevac because your wrists are more confortable in pp bars
@ruivitorino3166 жыл бұрын
Eldin Balicevac On the ground you dont have that much ROM on your wrists, scapula and so on, when on the PP Bars you have a lot of ROM which makes it more easy. IMO of course.
@LHCalistenia6 жыл бұрын
when your hands are placed sideways you do have a lot of rom on your wrists.. The grip on parallel bars only makes this rom locked..
@Lecolisthenics6 жыл бұрын
The height is different (higher), much more easy if you hips drop a little.
@youtuberdisguiser60756 жыл бұрын
It's mor comfortable for the wrist probably. For example i have problems tilting my hand in the neded rom if i don't stretch before. And if you try a supinated hand position. You tarhet your deltoids putting more load on the front and taking away some of the asssistance of the middle deltoids in addition you put so.e stress on your biceps.

what is harder: planche lean pushups or tuck planche hold?
@youtuberdisguiser60756 жыл бұрын
NGC 1232 for beginner the planche prohression But if youalready progessed with your lean pushups i other words lean more. Than ut gets harder. For lean pushups you have to lean mpre snd more. At some points you put your feet against a wall and make feet wall planted lean pushups and at some point you just start doing planche pushups. But it's recommendes doing more the planche hold progression than lean pushups but you should do both in my opinion. But i dont hace a planche yet and my pushup number is under 30s so you should get more information than just my comment because i am not the best source.
@elyasafaloni89256 жыл бұрын
Depends on how much you lean.
