I will try this, I don’t have membership now , so I pick & choose on KZbin & this perimenopause is kicking my butt, I get exhausted & drained if I push myself so I won’t & no more heavy weights, I don’t need that , my own body weight works, I need to work on m y abs I will do my best, I been passing out in the evenings, I think it’s from stress, I’m going through a lot with my 17 yr old son😢

@@lisaprettypetals I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a lot. 😢 It's important to make sure that you're taking care of yourself and not pushing yourself too hard. I'm glad that you've found some bodyweight exercises to work on your abs and that you're doing your best. It's also important to try and reduce stress in your life as much as you can. Maybe you can try some relaxation techniques or talk to someone about your worries. Wishing you all the best. 🤗

My Greek yogurt has 11g protein and 14g sugar and no fat. Is the sugar too high?
@Rebeccalouisefitness2 жыл бұрын
That depends on your dietary needs. If you are trying to watch your sugar intake, then 11g may be a bit high. However, if you have a more lenient diet, then 14g may be perfectly acceptable.

I have ankle weights but I don’t use them , they are just too heavy , what a waste of money I did buying them uggg
@Rebeccalouisefitness2 жыл бұрын
That's too bad! Ankle weights can be really helpful if you want to increase the intensity of your exercises. You could try using lighter ankle weights or using them in conjunction with other exercises and gradually increasing the amount of weight you use. That way, you can build up your strength and use the ankle weights more effectively. 🙌🏻

@@Rebeccalouisefitness no I don’t want any more intensity, it’s ok I’ll try & sell them to someone, my own body weight is enough, I love Pilates push ups my arms have sure toned up 😍

@@Rebeccalouisefitness I don’t push myself anymore, I have a new approach on my workouts, they not crazy where I drop dead on my mat, that isn’t a good thing, & since being perimenopause I’m easy on myself, I don’t even care to lose weight, if I do fine , I workout to feel good, I don’t need crazy heavy weights, that’s how I hurt myself & got pinched nerve in my shoulder blade & down my right arm, dr gave me muscle Relaxers that helped a little , but I just needed to heal, I used muscle rub & tyenol , it took awhile to heal & still my arm hurts at times , but I’m not in pain like I was, so I won’t go back to the old ways,Pilates has always been my favorite workouts for many yrs & I eat healthy , but I don’t need protein powders, I couldn’t afford it anyway , I found what works just real foods, I love salads or I put a bunch of leafy greens , fruits & other superfoods & im good, this is what works for me, but everyone is different, & I need to do what works for me & my health, cus there for awhile I wasn’t good , especially with the pain I had & I wasn’t eating much & kept passing out during the day, so I need to take care of me!

@@lisaprettypetals It sounds like you've had a challenging journey, but it's great that you are finding what works for you and your health. It's important to listen to your body and give it what it needs. If Pilates is what works for you and eating real foods, that's great - it's important to find what works for you and your body. Don't push yourself too hard, but also know your limits and take care of yourself. 🤗
