Hi, I dont feel hungry if I were to skip breakfast. Problem is whenever I skip breakfast or if my breakfast doesnt have any carb, i m bound to have constipation issue. Why is it so? How should I overcome it, esp I am not really a carb lover. I dont mind skipping carb during breakfast or even skipping entire breakfast for 168, if there is no such adverse issue.

aww...those who doesn't have carb can cause constipation I would recommend to follow what your body tells you what is suitable. Eating promotes gut peristalsis, see if you can drink enough water to promote that instead.
