I almost just joined the gym in my neighborhood but I know nothing about working out and was told by a few ppl not to because I may hurt myself do to my size. GO FOR IT MAN! I was 88 KG last year, I set my goal and lost 14 KG in only 5 months, it takes DETERMINATION, GOAL, NEVER GIVING UP AND LOVING WHAT YOU DO. Believe me you'll get your goal. Just keep in mind that you're not going to see results overnight. Be realistic with your goals, and you'll see what you want to see with persistence and patience. Whether it's DDP Yoga or whatever, results come from being religious about making the time to exercise, as well as finding a diet that works for you.

I'm so happy for these guys that there's a guy out there named DDP showing them that there's a better way. That they don't have to be in pain 24/7. I saw him in November of 2014 at one of his live shows. He was in rough shape. He could barely walk and had shrunken in height like he said in this video. I am so happy to see Mick walking , jogging and even hoping up at the end of the video. I too am at a similar place he was. I used to play football and all the chop blocks, hits to the knees and a couple concussions had put me in a very inactive place and having struggling walking. My struggle with walking is not as bad as Mick's was but it's still not easy. I have recently started DDP Yoga and am already seeing results. If Mick Foley can reclaim his life so can I. Thank you Mick for being a huge inspiration and Thank You DDP for everything your program is doing for everyone wrestlers and average Joes alike

ddp, you're doing such good here, legendary! yoga is such an important part of living with pain, hearing how much its helped mick and you and countless guys who have gotten in the ring over the years really warms my heart. im a drummer, and i suffer from two herniated discs in l4 and l5, i wouldnt be able to get by and play and give my all without my daily yoga routines, i started about 10 years ago and it really makes all the difference. im going to look into the dvd to show my appreciation, youve helped so many, keep up the great work. much love dallas!!!!

what your doing Dallas is awesome with Mick , I have merged some of your exercises with some of the Jack Lalaine routines I used to do and this 51 year old New Grandpa is going to be Healthier than ever , I have gained back a half inch in Height myself from a neck injury thanks to you ,, 6 ft 1 inch and bouncing between 190 Lbs and 200 Lbs and finally back to riding a bike to work along with a brisk set of power walks with my Golden Lab

A lot of the taller guys arnt actually that tall. Thats their booked/kayfabe height. Taker is 6'8.5, Kane is 6'10. Big Show is about 7 feet. And just for comparison, Shaquille O'Neal is legit 7'1, and when standing toe to toe with Big Show, Shaq was noticeably taller. Khali is maybe 7'1 or 7'2.
