I'm not a gym goer but as doing 3 yrs of workout at home I have a dream to go to the heaven and also I counts my doubts to use leg press like machines in a good way in fact good form. Tab gym kia tha or tab jab b muscles gain ki baat aati thi to 12-8-6 weight badha k exercise hoti thi na or ese hi mene 2018 me grow Kia tha ab dubara 3 saal baad break lele fr start Kia hai orai same pattern follow kar Raha gaining ke lie.. weight increase karte hue 10-8-6 repetitions

Hi Jeet, I am office going guy & do exercise at my home only. Being a home , don’t have any big equipment like squat rack, leg press machine. Please make a small video where dumbbells, rods & bench can be used for leg workout. Probably video with replacement of squat exercises with other exercise which is quite effective for legs development. Similarly, replacement for leg press machine.
