Sir ji. Me sab abs work out garr pe hi karta hu. Yani pehle se hi gar par hi gym karta hu . To ye 3th work out jo aap ne bataya cable ke sath vala. To ye mere ko gar par kese karna hoga.without cable

Sir first of all this series has been of great help to me I can already see the changes in my body in terms of diet and the shown exercises. As u said to continue this workout plan for 10-12 weeks and it’s my 11th week doing it, its my humble request to you that please make another series after this one so that we can advance now to intermediate from beginners. Thank you so much Sir for all the help you provided us through you videos.

I have started my gym since last month and I'm following your series for beginners. it's really good thanks for this series. keep posting the videos on regular and short intervals that will be good for us Thanks again... Also make videos for diet & how to combine two muscle groups training in one day..

As this series is over now, It will be very helpful if you make same series for intermediate and then advanced level gym goers too. I mean some type of split training like PPL or two muscles a day.🥲❤

Hi Jeet Sir. Amazing videos. I started going to the gym a month ago, and i go three days. One day for shoulder, one for back and other for chest. I take the crunch and leg raise every day with one set. Do you recommend to reserve one day specifically for abs?
