I like how you narrate the story of the house and it’s owners. You are respectful of the things they left behind. There’s definitely a sad story for the families who owned it. A gentle reminder to us that our possessions are nothing once we consume our lives here. Please wear a mask coz molds in abandoned houses can make you sick.

Guys, PLEASE wear special masks in there. You can die from getting bacteria in your lungs. A friend of ours was cutting an old tree down and breathed in dusty bird pooo. Dead in 2 weeks. Lungs can be very delicate and I don't want you all getting sick at all! And sorry, I am a Mom and worry and think I'm everybody's Mom now that I am older. 🙏❤

I like exploring but I always get sad when I see that places have been trashed by others. There's no reason or right to trash something that isn't yours. Leave it for the next people to enjoy. I'm glad you guys don't trash and steal things from these places.

Yar wombats watching a group on KZbin yesterday exploring historical old building you could see it was under restoration..one started locking into power tool cases all empty " bummer they're all gone." Then another " I just wants smash something!" Ugly little taggers.... turning stuff on and leaving it on...opening windows and doors left to allow weather in so angry.

House appears to have actually been built in 1984 and has had additions over the years including the out buildings and pool. Insane that property & school taxes for that place are over $100,000 and is still being paid! County records indicate the home was was re-deeded to family. Not the most expensive house in that area, would be awesome to see the place across the street!

This house had to be abandoned around 2010ish because that's when the first angry birds came out. It's always amazing to see how much is left behind in places like this.

Love that master bath & those windows overlooking the pool. I love a great view! Imagine the monthly utility bills alone with all those electrical boxes in the basement. These lavish lifestyle are almost impossible to sustain. Its hard to understand how anyone fortunate enough to own such an amazing property, can let it slip away.

Also, one of the closets you opened up stairs had a pair of Ballet slippers, then in the downstairs workout area there was a mirror and a silver metal Ballet Bar. Someone, maybe the daughter, was heavy into Ballet. Great find with that house. Great explore.

Rewatched it several times so far. The room in basement that you called a shower was a steam sauna. It did have a hand held shower for spraying down the area. I’ve seen similar at YMCA’s and other group work out gyms.

One of the most beautiful homes I’ve seen in a long time. When it was completed and clean it would have been absolutely gorgeous. They spared no expense on the materials in the home. I have a very nice house but not nearly that nice nor do I need one that large. However it is absolutely gorgeous it would’ve been something beautiful. It’s also a shame

i’m not being critical in any way but fuses in houses went out many decades ago. Now it is an electric panel with breakers in it. Most houses have 200 amp but I wonder if a house this size would have a larger service.

My ex boyfriend’s parents had a house that was huge like this. It was beautiful, but it burned. They built a other one just as big and then divorced. Ppl that have money take for granted what many don’t or never will have.

You can easily find out who lived there through public records. Just look up to property address and you can have all of the information of buying and selling since it was built

You mention about wearing a mask but in places like this it probably wouldn't hurt to go one step further and get respirators instead!!! I took a tour of the old Santa Fe prison, I don't know what I inhaled but I was sick for 3 months! It took 3 rounds of antibiotics to get well!!! You guys are young so take care of yourselves!!
