I'm really enjoying this series. You have a really enjoyable presentation style, it makes the learning feel easy. And you have this chill way about you that makes me feel like after the lecture ends you'll be taking us hit to hit the slopes for an arvo ski sesh haha

Thanks a lot for the lectures :) they are really enjoyable! however, I do not understand the point of 'fighting the normal mechanics to protect the spine'. If it is normal, why should we fight it? Shouldn't we learn to use it in different positions within spine-accessible mechanics with different loads? Would not that be protection?
