Danny, you actually ran a half marathon. Thats aamzing. Don't get down on yourself. That last time I ran a timed mile, in literally high school when i was in a lot better shape. It took me about 12 minutes. Dont beat yourself up about not doing as good as you wanted. Just use it as motivation to beat your time again next race. Plus, you did better than last time.
