#11:20 your narcissistic feminist indoctrination is oozing out , "you time " is all time that comes between you and loved ones . I'll take a guess you have never fully bonded with someone and will have intimacy issues with all future partners. Watch this space . Putting the "self" before love leads to a loveless future, the self needs to be both sacrificed and compromised to achieve full unity and love .

The short story portrays a rock star struggling to come to terms with the loss of his girlfriend, who committed suicide by gunshot after he repeatedly strayed from their relationship. November Rain is one of the most expensive music videos ever. It was inspired by Axl Rose's troubled relationship with Erin Everly. Some people say that the MVs for “November Rain“, “Don't Cry” and “Estranged” form an unofficial trilogy, though it was never officially confirmed. AXL wrote the song himself. Clocking in at 8.58, the final version of “November Rain” took much the same shape as the earlier 1986 piano demo. But with the band's parts worked to completion and a full string arrangement - orchestrated by Axl himself - bolstering the song, “November Rain” was finally ready.

This came out when i was like 12 years old. I saw that video on mtv and when Slash came out of that church, a cigarette in his mouth, shirtless, leather jacket and cowboy boots and then started playing his les paul guitar, i knew i wanted to become like him one day. Well, didn't quite make it, guitar playing requires a little bit more than just looking cool. But i do love my guitar, even though i don't have the talent of Slash, i am forever thankful that he inspired me to pick up an instrument.

Axl Rose (The singer) wrote this song, it's a song about Love, Pain, and Fear it touches on Mental health and depression, when you break down the lyrics it's quite clear, the guitarist Slash is among the greatest of all time (not the greatest cause that is far to hard to narrow to just one), this band was and is among my favorites from the 80's, but I am old so my band picks start before I was even born in the 70's lol, and as a DJ and high school concert band player back in the day my music tastes have no limits

axl was based on the short story 'Without You' by Del James, which is part of the book 'The Language of Fear'. James is friends with Axl Rose, and, in fact, is the road manager for Guns N' Roses...The story basically centers on a rock music figure trying to cope with his life after the death of his girlfriend, who committed suicide. In this regard, from the beginning Axl Rose said that the story was inspired a bit by a relationship he had had a long time before with his ex-partner Erin Everly

You're reactions are so charming! While I'll always love rock music my current preferred genre has shifted to rap but Gun N' Roses will forever be my favorite music artist of all time and this is my favorite song by them! It might be in the comments somewhere here but the song is part of a trilogy of songs, "Don't Cry" being the first, this song being the second and "Estranged" being the third. But the music video is also inspired by a beautiful short story titled "Without You" by Del James. I'm commenting before the end and I can't remember if they credit it or not. Either way; love your reaction, love GnR and just keep doing your thing my friend!

This song is based on the short story Without You by Del James. Because of the rock star’s infidelity, she commits suicide. At the end of the story he’s playing the title song, a cigarette falls from the table and starts a fire. He continues playing letting the fire consume him. Written by Axl, none of the other band members wanted to do the song because of the symphonic element. The song became a huge hit. 😄🤘

11:00 this is so important for having a successful relationship. No matter how much we love another person, we need time apart from that person, because if we’re always around that person, we will become annoyed and build resentment. I’ve been with my girl for almost 5-years now. We deeply love each other and decided early on in the relationship, that we’d never get married, have kids, commingle finances or live together. We’ve both been there and done that. We both do our own thing during the week and on the weekend, we spend time together. I’m 47 and this is the best and most easiest relationship I’ve ever been in. I love her to death. Guys and girls, you don’t have to live with someone in order to love them and spend quality time with them. That’s Hallmark B.S..

Slash guitar solos are amazing in this video 😊 The Meaning of the Lyrics to “November Rain”It digs deep, touching on themes of love's complexities and the unavoidable fact that nothing, not even love, lasts forever. * Axl Rose wears these types of glasses not only to read the piano scores but also as a tribute to Elton John, one of his favorite musicians. In a November Rain concert, Elton John plays the piano alongside Axl Rose, and they also collaborate in a tribute to Queen. * The church where they get married, from which Slash exits playing the guitar, is different. Later, at the wedding's exit, they are at the main church, and the bride appears somewhat sad as she enters the car, as if she has a premonition. * It's unusual that the bride dies, but this relates to the deep story in "Without You," a book written by Axl Rose's friend Del James. The story was inspired by the frontman's turbulent relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Erin Everly. * At minute 12:43, there's a weird detail: her face is half-covered by a mirror. Usually, this is done to depict deceased individuals whose face has been disfigured by a severe accident or a suicide by gunshot to the head. There's a "rumor" about why the videos for November Rain, Don't Cry, and Estranged are so unusual. It's related to Axl Rose's personal experiences with tumultuous love situations. There's an interview where he explains this, and these three songs form something called "the Illusion Trilogy"."

Axl's voice is actually a funny story. He is doing a falcetto sound, like a very high pitch version of voice. His actual voice is quite deep. He was doing a audition for a singer role for some band in his early days but they weren't that interested in him until he reached the chorus which he did in falcetto and the auditioners asked him to then do the whole song like that and rest is history. The raspness came later since doing that type of singing a lot damaged his vocal chords, almost preventing him from singing.

Because this came out in the video music era of MTV in 1992, when records would sell millions of copies and the music industry would put money$ into the music videos... I don't think we will ever see a music video like this today (which cost 1.5 million $$$) or music this good. Now, MTV has turned into reality TV garbage... records don't sell anywhere near 1 million copies anymore and streaming services pay very little to the artists & record companies... and music videos are made w/ miniscule budgets... and the era of music superstars is gone. Very few artists can inspire what Guns N' Roses did between 1987 and 1993... and music today is so electronic and synthetic (sugar candy easily consumed on earbuds of cellphones). There are no current bands that can do what the classic Guns N' Roses created back then. I mean, we have bands like Ghost, Greta Van Fleet, Rivals Sons, etc... but none are that good, sadly...

Released in 1992, this 'November rain' music video reportedly cost 1.5 million $$$ (one of the most expensive videos ever made) and was based on a story by writer Del James (a friend of the band) about losing a love... There was rain at the November wedding, and a year later, there was rain again at the wife's funeral (Apparently, she took her own life...) The model in the music video was supermodel Stephanie Seymour, who was engaged to GNR singer W. Axl Rose at the time... She was also in the first part of the video trilogy ("Don't cry" by GNR) ... 'November rain' was part 2. Axl Rose was huge fan of Elton John and his romantic piano ballads, and 'November rain' was inspired by his music. By 1993, Axl Rose and Seymour had split up... she sued him in court for abuse and damages... So, part 3 was the GNR song 'Estranged' and Seymour was not in it... it depicted Axl's struggles after losing his love. The other members of GNR were not happy that million$ were being spent on lavish music videos, but there was nothing they could do to convince Axl Rose otherwise. Guns N' Roses were known for their brand of heavy rock music in 1987 w/ their debut album 'Appetite for destruction'... their 1988 EP 'GNR Lies' had acoustic songs showcasing the band's versatility. In 1991, the 2 albums 'Use your illusion' (Vol. I & II) were released, and they were vastly different from the first album... there were heavy rock songs, but there was so much diversity - epic ballads, country songs, boogie rock, punk rock, etc... U noticed the difference in the videos from 'Paradise city' in 1988, and 'November rain' that was shot in 1992... the band did not look the same at all ( 2 members had also left the original Guns N' Roses).
