Dried Black Olives (Greek style) cured only with salt, under the sun and ready to eat in 7 days!!
Once cured, they can be kept in a jar for months in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Black Olives (fresh) 1 Kg.
- Coarse Salt 500 Gr.
- Olive Oil as needed
- Ground Chili Pepper 1 Tbsp. (optional)
- Fennel Seeds 1 Tbsp. (optional)
*Can be seasoned with whatever you like (oregano, garlic, rosemary, etc.) or just with olive oil and nothing else.
