This was absolutely incredible. Had so much fun learning about geo nodes through this. Small trick I found: if you add a math > sine onto the scene time using frames, I was able to get it to loop. I used frames instead seconds, and I added it after the multiply on each. 250 frames

9:17 When you search for a Noise Texture, Blender automatically connects it to the Fac output, which caused the weird-looking tendrils in the following 5 minutes. I personally hate when Blender does that (similar thing happens with the Bump node) and recommend keeping an eye out on those connections.

While not technically in keeping with your plan to do each half of the prompt on separate days, almost anything you make that's oceanic is likely to also hit the wonder point and makes it a good one to fall behind with as it's less to catch up on. But don't push yourself too hard. Getting better should be priority.
