You have definitely lightened up over the years but I think everyone, when they're younger and care, take themselves too seriously or haven't figured out how to present themselves. @MdoubleHB I mean, you can say “obviously not” but I’ve seen her without makeup and yeah she looks different (duh) - her brows and eyelashes are less thick and dark, her lips are less pink, her eyelids aren’t colorful and sparkly... You can argue that makes her not look good but that would be completely subjective. And her skin in particular is remarkably even makeup or no makeup.

@MdoubleHB uhm biology says otherwise. Without cooking you need to spend around 8 hours a day around food. Which is a lot. They attribute our big brains to like, us learning to cook. Makes more nutrients available. Does some raw food/fruit belong in our diet? Certainly. But balance

There's a really good salad with cashews/nuts and craisins and raw broccoli. It all marinates in a simple mayo dressing (you can get vegan mayo, right? I'm not vegan)

Brazilian here, it's normal to wat rice and beans everyday here, for lunch and dinner. I never had trouble with beans, and I guess is because I ate a lot of them even before I went vegan. Also we're used to cook beans on a pressure cooker, it's unusual for us to buy pre made beans from a can, it seems like such an american or english thing to do.
