I found many blueberries at the market. This recipe is a great opportunity to turn them into a lovely and sweet ice cream :-)

300g blueberries
40g white sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
300ml whole milk
50g white sugar
25g inverted sugar amzn.to/3G8kSxJ
180ml heavy cream

Hello, if you don't have inverted sugar then you can add glucose syrup, otherwise add just sugar instead🙂
