Thanks coach, my partner bought me all your dvds for Xmas, they arrived safe and sound to the uk. During the week I coach school children but come evenings and weekends my expert riders will be looking forward to some new adjusted sessions plans. Much ❤️

Hello Greg - Great Video - thank you - Two questions: 1.) In your opinion, what is the best position to place your lead crank for the gate start? And, 2.) Where do you prefer someone to position their handle bars relative to their forks?

You really have to put the practice and work in. Please have proper forum. This is easy said when I was a young teen. I was that much of a BMX dork, I would practice starts for hours on end daily. Just like doing a kick flip. One time is probably not going to cut it. Maybe 100 times in a row. “Cool Stuff is not easy”😎🏁

hello trained greg my name is David I am from Chile and I want to know what is the best combination between the chainring and the gearshift and what type of ideal length for the pedal arms I have at 46 hours on the chainring. 16 on the pinion but I have 175 pedal arms long

What is a quick and easy way to cut down on sugar
@BMXTraining3 жыл бұрын
I am not a dietitian and how is sugar a need or want to be cut out? For me personally, I just focus on what I should be eating rather than “trying to avoid that.”

Do you race?
@SuperEddietv Жыл бұрын
@@gregromero3926 Yep. Longer than you. The world of rolling (pumping) literally decimated the bmx bicycle industry. The old guys are all coming back and being loud about it. We are fighting back and gaining ground. You are starting to see jumpers again and they are faster because jumping around 7 other guys causes them to change their tactic. Against a clock, it is not faster but we are not racing clocks now, are we?

@@SuperEddietv don’t come at me that you’ve raced longer than me. I’ve got over 1500 main event pro laps, that’s about 375 miles of pro “main event” racing alone- that’s longer than everything you have combined. Not including 13 years of amateur racing. I’ve raced non stop from 1983-20011 (non stop). What, you raced a few seasons between 1979-82 and think because you started 5yrs before me you’ve raced longer. No, it doesn’t work that way pal. My pro main event laps alone run circles around your experience.
