From the moment you cut the shallot to plating the sauce ,made me really want to stagiaire in Bocuse restaurant and learn more about french cuisine with Chef Teruhiko . Anyway this is the best red wine sauce i’ve ever seen . Arigatou shisou🙌🏻👏🏻 superb.
