Thanks Tom for such a great follow along routine!! I just keep coming back to this one again and again.. and just made it the first thing I did in 2024 😅 It's so good for providing a noticeable improvement, is short and sweet and flows really nicely. It first helped me to loosen up stiff upper body from desk work, and now helps my sore mum bod (lifting a wiggly 10kg toddler all day long and I have tendonitis from when she was newborn). Have recommended this vid and your channel to a few friends who need to sort their shit out 😂 thanks again and Happy New Year! Hope 2024 brings you great things ❤

I've had a hip problem for like 20 years. The doctor had almost zero useful advice. I'm 3 days into hip mobility and feeling much better after this 3 week flare up of heavy pain due to very slight lower back injury. Soon as I stood up after slowly grinding through one of your hip videos I could absolutely tell this is going to make a huge difference in my life in general.. and also give me the ability to get through a leg workout. I'll def be learning all I can from your videos. Thanks much!

I struggle enormously with shoulder flexibility. This video is very helpful (actually I have improved my overall flexibility with your videos after having been stuck for years) but I was wondering if you could make more videos on shoulder mobility.?
