After battling depression and anxiety, i have finally found my path. I suffered so much and now I'm able to let go of all the pain because of your channel. Every time you say "let go" i feel it deep in my bones. I wont allow a single day go by without doing yoga with you. I lost weight and found peace within. Whenever any depressive or suicidal thought enters my mind, i switch to your channel. You are my superhero. Thankyou so much. Lots of love from India💓

When I started doing this workout about 2 weeks it was a struggle, but yesterday I was amazed and proud of how I gracefully I moved through the workout. I'm more grateful and appreciative of my body each and every day...thank you.

“Simply the Best” is in the title. That’s really not a joke here. There is so much weight to that declaration. I’ve looked at other 15 minute yoga videos and they are a little more low-key, which is exactly what someone may want for a morning centering, but I think this flow has it all-centering ability for the morning but also such a challenge for any time of day. Thank you for this. ❤️

I thought I had been building up strength and stamina but Oh my word, did this practice prove me wrong! This is the first yoga video in 2 years that I've had to pause a few times and rest in Child's pose before continuing, and my arms are still shaking as I write this! As a yogi that suffers from wrist pain I would love to have a video that gives the wrists a rest every few minutes. I love your workouts but I always have to stop and stretch/rest my wrists.

You may need to do some muscle training exercises to strengthen your arms and forearms ; joint pain can often be caused by muscles which are unable to handle the tension and rely on the joints too much for support.

You can modify by putting elbows on the floor or by holding onto small p-bars (parallel bars).

One thing I want to mention is how I love the recent surroundings that you're shooting in. The forest has a very calming, soothing, mysterious and magic feeling to it! It really adds to the yoga practice, especially when you try and focus on being mindful and meditative! Thank you for the excellent video quality and content

I made it to 12.5 minutes after walking all 3 dogs for 30 minutes, riding my bike up hellish hills for 10 min, 20 squats, 20 crunches, and then I didn't make it through this whole video. I'm going to keep on this one until I get through it with ease. Adding this to my cardio of running 30-40 min on my treadmill In the evening 5-6 days a week will help with the toning and continued weight loss after losing 25 lbs so far. 30-40 lbs to go! Thanks for the effective video. I can really feel the muscle groups engaging. I'm so glad I have been doing yoga since I was 13. It's always like riding a bike. I can tell even if I haven't done it for a year my technique and skill haven't completely disappeared as my son can't stay balanced through any yoga move lol. Good luck everyone. Stay the course. Don't stop and u will meet your goals. It's taken me a year to lose 25 lbs because I don't push myself into starving or working so hard I can't move and want to give up. It's supposed to be a lifestyle change or the weight or flab comes back, so give yourself some grace.

I do many workouts, with many different youtubers, like Chloe Ting, Pamela etc. I love yoga with Boho and I must say, it makes me sweat more than any other workout videos. Great job! Relaxing and effective at the same time.

Your videos are great. They’re super challenging, but your calm voice tricks me into thinking I can do it! :) One comment is that so much time is spent on the wrists. It’s really hard on them. It would be nice for your works outs to have more time off of the wrists.. Yes, I know there are workouts with no wrists, but I do want some… just in balance.

Wow that was really intense for the arms but so glad I pulled through. Planning to do this every evening now after work. The upward / downward flow is really relaxing for my back and sore and stiff muscles from sitting all day.

This was so wonderful! Just some video ideas, would love to see.... shorter meditations, maybe some simple living tips, and love the recipe videos/what we eat! Some talks on how to deal with certain emotions (anger etc). Love Boho so much!!!
