I’ve looked at other 15 minute yoga videos and they are a little more low-key, which is exactly what someone may want for a morning centering, but I think this flow has it all-centering ability for the morning but also such a challenge for any time of day. I thought I had been building up strength and stamina but Oh my word, did this practice prove me wrong! This is the first yoga video in 2 years that I've had to pause a few times and rest in Child's pose before continuing, and my arms are still shaking as I write this! You may need to do some muscle training exercises to strengthen your arms and forearms ; joint pain can often be caused by muscles which are unable to handle the tension and rely on the joints too much for support.

One thing I want to mention is how I love the recent surroundings that you're shooting in. The forest has a very calming, soothing, mysterious and magic feeling to it! I made it to 12.5 minutes after walking all 3 dogs for 30 minutes, riding my bike up hellish hills for 10 min, 20 squats, 20 crunches, and then I didn't make it through this whole video. I'm going to keep on this one until I get through it with ease. Adding this to my cardio of running 30-40 min on my treadmill In the evening 5-6 days a week will help with the toning and continued weight loss after losing 25 lbs so far. 30-40 lbs to go! Thanks for the effective video. I can really feel the muscle groups engaging. I'm so glad I have been doing yoga since I was 13. It's always like riding a bike. I can tell even if I haven't done it for a year my technique and skill haven't completely disappeared as my son can't stay balanced through any yoga move lol. Good luck everyone. Stay the course. Don't stop and u will meet your goals. It's taken me a year to lose 25 lbs because I don't push myself into starving or working so hard I can't move and want to give up. It's supposed to be a lifestyle change or the weight or flab comes back, so give yourself some grace.

Your videos are great. They’re super challenging, but your calm voice tricks me into thinking I can do it! :) One comment is that so much time is spent on the wrists. It’s really hard on them. It would be nice for your works outs to have more time off of the wrists.. Yes, I know there are workouts with no wrists, but I do want some… just in balance.
