You can say "Wooster" sauce. There are a few acceptable ways to say it. Ramsey says "Wooster" (I do too, just without the cooking skill), Oliver says "woostershire" sauce. I've written them phonetically because you can't hear me say them :) Love your videos BA, you have a fantastic team.

Wow. Definitely the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I was skeptical about the fennel/basil topping, but made it anyway. AMAZING! I didn't manage to add cornichons to the spread, but it was still delicious. The marinade looks like it is not nearly enough to coat all of the chicken but it is.

Everything was awesome except for the fennel (I personally can't stand anise, licorice, or fennel). I wonder if there is a good replacement for that in this recipe, maybe a cabbage slaw with some herbs?

Yes the fennel and basil just ruined this sarnie🤨like...why? Some fresh crispy iceberg or romaine(more fitting imho) and slivered green onions would suffice no sense ruining a great piece of marinated grilled chicken and gorgeous toasty bun with fennel and basil both so potent they would overpower everything, shame really. Good video though😁
