So basically the Reefers pay more than the Dry Vans and the flatbeds? Also does the Rate Con states how to secure the loads, whether they needs chain or anything else?

Yes and brokers will also tell you if the load needs chains, straps, tarps etc. If they don't you should ask.

Hi, I don't do sprinter vans but I think it's a fair rate

It depends on how many loads you guys can book. I had 30% with new MC and I booked about 1-2 loads per week. If brokers give you more loads so % will be smaller
