I cannot stand on my toes as I have an illness that causes drop foot .. extremely grateful for modifications you add but I try and do what I can ... I’m glad I found you on Instagram and now here !!! 🙏

Gentle Feedback from a place of gratitude: I loved this workout! I am wondering in the future you would consider *grouping the exercises* that require *laying on the mat* and the exercises that require *standing* . Doing so would help with the flow of the workout and help us follow you during the instructional portion. Thank you again.

Hey this is a great suggestion! This comes down to programming and testing. We usually structure all workouts in a way to force optimal results through shock and pace change among other aspects. However, we could look to apply what you are suggesting to some of our Full Body Workouts xx 💖💖

Hi Barbara, you can do this with out the band and it still a great workout .You can also add some additional resistance using just your body (if you want) for 1, 2 & 3 do as normal for 4) as you squat place your hands at the side of your knees push your knees out at the same time as pushing your hands in. 5) make sure your core is completely engaged by tucking your pelvis, pulling your belly button towards your spine, making sure your rib cage is down and not flared and squeezing your Glutes. Make a fist and place your forearms on your hips and push down as you come up into a Glute bridge release the pushing on the downward phase of the Glute bridge as you don’t want to hurt your lower back. And for number 6) make sure your chest is up and core engaged. as you step forward bring your hand to the outside of your knee and push in as you push your knee out keep alternating this will increase your Glute activation. I hope you enjoy the workout. Let me know if these tips helped especially with feeling your Glute a little more x
