I just want to say thank you for providing such professional and essential products; particularly as a Black woman during a time when global pandemics prevent us from going about life and fitness as normal and racial injustice in our world makes people need positive outlets like wellness program to relieve stress. As person also approaching 30 soon, it is motivational to see attainable goals that push me without damaging my body in the long-run. The videos you all provide are concise, educational, well-filmed, allow for modifications for various fitness levels and are organized in a manner that makes it simple to target certain body areas at a time during at home workouts. It's an honor to support and promote you all as a Black couple in business and in service to others.

I exclusively do at home KZbin workouts (even before the pandemic) and I have to say, out of the many arm workouts I have done, this is the best! I feel like I got so much done in such a short amount of time. Can't believe I'm just discovering your channel! Subscribed :)

Thx so much for your work out videos. I stay away from floor workouts that require me to be my on my knees & this one was very good. I know enough arm exercises to alternate being on my knees, but I had to modify that only once w/ this routine. Thx again!

I love all of your workouts! I got my husband to join me and he loves it also. I found you guys on Pinterest and searched KZbin and I'm hooked! I started to combine 2-3 workouts at least 4x a week since last week. I had my own regime but I tossed it out the door because I love all the workouts you guys have. Thank you for these workouts doable at home certainly at times like this. Unfortanately i don't have dumbells but i do have resistance bands. Can i use those the same as the dumbells? Bottels filled with water are not going to cut it 😅

Haha 😅 You will be surprised how a water bottle affects the workout (mainly because it forces a thick grip and in turn causes you to contract throughout every rep). That being said you can definitely use a resistance band for each of these exercises 💖

Iman Bahimi Hi! I have been working out with them since mid-March (since COVID pandemic). I love al their workouts! Most videos are 10 mins so you get to create your own workout regimen. I have finished their upper body, lower body, and full body playlists and I am so much stronger. Before pandemic, I was comfortable with 8lbs dumbbells at the gym but slowly working my way up to 10lbs. Since working out with @MrandMrsMuscle, I am now using 10 lbs for upper and 15 lbs for lower body workouts. And I’m ready to increase my weight for lower body moves. My fitness goal is to build muscles. However, if your goal is to lose weight, I highly recommend their cardio playlist. I am currently ticking of that playlist as well and trust me, their cardio workouts are SO MUCH FUN!!! Hope this helps!
