I would assume that the rotation of pulling the left shoulder back as the right goes forward takes you off of your centre of gravity and leaves you slightly off balance.

Dont fall in to the punch with the rigbt. Power comes from the ground up not from front to back. Your leaning on your right hand. Turn your hip instead. Ifthe jab can hit the bag so can the right hand without your head comming forward. Stay bouncy lookup russian school of boxing by sergei pendulum style. Also good work, keep at it.

@@kdkdkdbdkddn3 Pro rounds are longer - 3 minutes vs 2 - and there are a lot more of them. Being a bit more flat footed conserves energy.
