I can't believe it. It done miracles to me. Overall I am not big. But always had fat belly no matter what I did. I tried a lot of things over the years, nothing worked. I loose normally weight everywhere, but not my belly. I could see very noticeable results after 7 days. I will continue with this exercise. Thank you for this upload! You are really helpful!

I am quite tubby and this exercise seems great to help get rid of my belly and abdominal fat, I will definitely use this every morning, having fibromyalgia with chronic fatigue makes walking a chore so this will help me build strength lose weight and feel great again so ty very much for this gentle exercise 😊

The technique clicked into place for me today, after about 2 weeks of persevering through struggle. Breathing found its own rhythm and my abs had the strength to keep steadily pumping. I think doing flexible spine yesterday really helped as lower back tightness makes it harder to work the abs. Great video ❤

Yogi here and this reminds me of the stomach vacuum exercise. Been doing for 2 months or so everyday ..it has helped me keep my flat tummy . Bowel movements same and I report no weight loss at this time. TY I will continue .

This was awesome, i did this video after your vagus nerve activation and feel really good. I hold a lot of weight, and stress, in my stomach and thought it was just due to having kids and the repeated cycle of losing gaining weight for the majority of my life. Hope this will help! I eat at least 7 cups veggies a day and eat some sauerkraut or nat'l yogurt most days, too for probiotics. I'm low carb, healthy foods. i exercise/qigong about an hour a day, plus 20 min walk at least once a day. My calories are at 400 daily deficit. Lost 3 lbs so far in 2 weeks!

The tapping on my abdomen makes my shoulders so tired. Hopefully that goes away the more I do it. Interestingly it also immediately made my feet swollen. Then I heard you mention the blood flow to the feet a couple minutes later so makes a lot of sense, right?
