Thank you so much for this!!!! Slowing it down showed me the exact moves that I was missing. Step ball change was all on the floor instead of changing to the bench & fly over I was taking an extra step on the way back. I think I will do this a few more times and jump into the workout when I have time. I really appreciate you taking your time to explain this to us! I think it will make a huge difference!

This was SO helpful Chris. Thank you. I did this one with a couple of rewinds to get the angels in flight move, and then went to Step 397 to full choreography and I got it!!! So pleased. The increased BPM was a shock after doing it so much more slowly, but after a few stutter-starts - I got into it. You are the best! 🇨🇦💕

This was very helpful bcuz the Knee/swerve/step over & the tango/step over were the 2 combos that threw me off. Appreciate the tutorial at a slower pace

Thank you for this tutorial! I really appreciate it. After the fly over, I was stepping with the wrong foot for the V step. I was probably not counting correctly.

Wow! This was incredibly helpful! I went through it twice before fully believing I could do the moves, and that worked great for me. The video (and repeating it) gave me the confidence I needed to try the whole routine!

Oh my gosh this is absolutely awesome I've been watching people do it I got invited by a couple friends to do it You know it's hard for me cuz I don't have transportation to go here and there all the time but you know also you know feeling a little funny and going around people and not knowing all this and getting slumbered up and I'm not the most coordinated person and it's a little hard I have to keep doing things in repetition cuz I have short term memory loss from a car accident but I did it I've done two now and I'm going to get this weight off and I'm going to get this down and I really appreciate you You made this so easy and so understandable and believe me I'm going to spread the word Thank you thank you thank you

Thank you for breaking the moves down. I’m not ready for advanced yet, but I liked practicing the moves. I never thought about slowing the video down. I may have to try that on a more advanced step class. 😊

Super helpful- thank you for setting us up for success! Practice makes perfect. Well, not perfect- but better! I had my phone in my hand doing this at my step- easier for me to follow the turns than on the TV.

Thank you! Thank you! This was a huge help! I got everything right in #397 except I could not get the tango/step over/fly over on the left side. I was always landing on the wrong foot. Thank you- I am so appreciative of the time you took to explain it us. Step #397 is a fabulous workout, and I can't wait to do it again!
