Here are a bunch of questions: Does the supreme court decision mean there is no longer such a thing as "high crimes" for the president so impeachment is also out of bounds? Can the current president remove the corrupt supreme court justices, the six that said it was okay? This doesn't make any sense but perhaps there is a way to say it is an official act. If the current president doesn't act, and the previous president wins can that person just stop obeying the rule of law and declare that elections are too corrupt so they can be cancelled? Again - this makes no sense. We are a country of laws and if one person no longer needs to follow the laws, then it's all broken. I strongly recommend reading Sotomayor's dissent. She lays bare the majority's complete abandonment of the text of the Constitution. This is bad. Virtually everything a president does can be characterized as an official act with a little legal creativity. I think Biden should consider a few official acts of his own.
