Hello Bre and Flow, I was recommended this channel by a friend of mine and wanted to thank you, you changed my life. I began my yoga journey one year ago and started you’re classes a month ago, they have let me reach a physical and mental level I have never reached before really allows me to slow down and be in the moment. I quit my addiction to marijuana always thought that’s what helped me slow down but that made me lose focus. Now I understand it all I’m content, I’m meditating as well thanks to you ! This was another great class! I don't practice BJJ, but I take a deload week this week (no jumping, no weight lifting), and I focus on mobility and stretch. I knew this class would fit into my schedule, but couldn't imagine it fits so perfectly !🤩 This is really a comprehensive class that I'll do over and over, for sure !

I work from home and did this class in between short breaks. Took me a while but I was able to finish it during lunch break! Man that was super tough but I really feel my hips are extremely loose now and I can’t wait for BJJ later!

Amazing practice. I have terribly tight hip flexors, hamstrings, and glutes normally, but constantly sitting in quarantine has made them worse. I have never done stretches that targeted these areas so deeply. Thank you!!

I'm not training Jiu-Jitsu but your videos are what I was looking for! I needed some new challenges and movements in my daily yoga practice; your channel is a perfect place for me. I'm struggling always with people's voice on youtube yoga, but you transmite so much confidence, calmness and knowledge. Also it's fun practise, because you don't push too much in what you're saying. You ecourge to keep going with no pressure and I'm so proud of myself that I survived the entier video. And when I fell on my butt I wasn't frusrated at all; I laughed. This is so great. This channel is amazing, and I've shared it with everyone I train with. I would love to see a full jiujitsu training program! One that takes into account how sore you get from BJJ. But a program that focuses on all the areas you need to stretch and strengthen to survive BJJ training and to avoid injury.

I thought it will be boring to do yoga for that long. but I have to say, that it was very engaging. I'm did alot of your videos, the longer ones too, and you have a talent to keep being us interesting and relaxed during it. Also the breathing in the end was nice touch, felt like a reward. As a climber for few years now who works on mobility, I still found some of the workouts challenging. Thanks you for a great video, hope to see more like this. I for sure do this class again. And now onwards to fingerboard and pullup bar! 💪

Hi Flo and Bre ^_^ We have just completed this class with my husband, finished off with a 20 minute Savasana to singing bowls and a refreshing cold shower. This was sooooo go-o-o-o-od! Honestly, I almost cried and swore mid-way once or twice, but I stayed focused and strong, watching my husband absolutely smashing it was also motivating me to push further. Thank you!
