After 2 years of walking barefoot, I thought this would be an easy one. But hé what a struggle it is for me to move them separately 😄 I will add this one to my daily routine, see what happens. This was super intense! Dping this to try and support rehab and strengthening of my achilles and ankles. This was pretty tough and I modified at times, but I'm also impressed by how accessible the movements can be and how challenging at the same time. Thanks Flow!

Was having foot pain from upping my mileage training harder. Definitely gonna start doing some barefoot running, this relieved my foot pain and also showed me that I definitely need to work on my toe mobility way more often.

I wore high heels for about 25 years.... I got rid of them about 5 years ago. But still this is an area I really have to work on. My toes were screaming and I was not able to control them down starting with the pinky toe. Thank you for the practice, Flo.

Thanks Flo for a very different and exciting exercise! When I first started practicing yoga, I soon realized the value of healthy feet :-) but also how strengthening my feet and toes helped me improve my balance. Therefore I was a little surprised that you didn't mention this benefit in the video? Don't you share this experience of "better toes=better balance"?

Hi Flo, I’ve been working on it for about 12 months but I am really struggling to increase my ankle mobility. I’m sure it’s the only body component I’ve not strengthened enough to do a full squat. I’d love to see a video on ankle mobility! Thanks for the upload as always ♥️🙏🏽

Hi Flo, I did this video the other day & boy is it a tough one for me 😁 I have hereditary Bunions that are worse on my left foot (unable to spread my toes and my big toe is bent way over to the left) so sitting back on my toes and toe mobility is really hard for me. I wear barefoot shoes every day and this has improved things greatly but I wondered if you had any tips/ideas as to how I could do these exercises more effectively / make it more accessible if you have bunions? Also had you considered doing a class of Yoga for people with Bunions as nobody seems to target this issue. Sorry for the gross personal details 🤭 I love your work. Namaste 🧘♀️😘

I can't even get into the first exercise 0.o my knees can't even get close to the ground without my toes leaving the ground... any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Pretty much only my big toes holding all the weight. I have been modifying by first squatting then slowly rolling knees forward until big toe comes to end range. My knees are probably 10 inches off the ground. This way my other toes are getting some stretch and I don't feel like I'm jamming my big toe as much.

@@je6019 Thank you! the rolling would really help. I've been holding onto a chair so I don't fall, very slowly making some progress in stretching the big toe, but the others aren't getting much action yet.

This video, these exercises, are something that (in my opinion) only people, who have already experienced something “bad” with their feet and tendons on their legs will really really appreciate. After my last visit to a chiropractor, I felt like someone had raped my legs. 😂😂😂 Anyway, these are exactly the exercises that were recommended to me and I thank the universe for allowing me to find this video and especially your channel.
