Keep up the AWESOME work guys. Dealing with mental help if you can not invest the time in yourself and ask for help you are denying self love to yourself and your family. By putting yourself in a mindset of being challenged to love life itself and one's relationship with one's family is a major step in the right direction.

Good evening,Im on weight loss journey any tips?im plant base,workout 6 days a week
@BrixFitness8 ай бұрын
Starting a weight loss journey on a plant-based diet and committing to a consistent workout schedule is commendable! Here are some tips to help you along the way: Balance Your Nutrients: Ensure your meals are well-balanced with a good mix of proteins (beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh), healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds), and carbohydrates (whole grains, fruits, vegetables). This balance is crucial for energy and recovery, especially with your active workout schedule. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hydration is key for optimal metabolism and helps reduce unnecessary snacking. Plan Your Meals: Meal planning can help you stay on track with your plant-based diet and ensure you're getting a variety of nutrients. It also makes grocery shopping more efficient and can reduce the temptation to opt for less healthy options. Listen to Your Body: With a workout regimen as rigorous as six days a week, recovery is just as important as the workouts themselves. Include rest days to allow your body to recover and prevent burnout. Track Your Progress: Consider keeping a journal of your meals and workouts, as well as how you're feeling physically and emotionally. This can help you identify patterns and make adjustments as needed. Seek Support: Whether it's a community, a coach, or a group of friends, having support can make a significant difference in staying motivated and accountable. Focus on Whole Foods: A plant-based diet emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods, but it's still possible to eat unhealthily within those parameters. Focus on whole foods to maximize nutrients and avoid plant-based "junk food." Mindful Eating: Pay attention to your hunger cues and try to eat slowly and without distractions. This can help with portion control and allow you to enjoy your food more. If you're looking for more personalized guidance, resources, or a supportive community, our group coaching program at www.wearegodswellness.com could be a great fit for you. It's designed to help individuals on their wellness journey, providing tools, support, and motivation tailored to your needs. Remember, consistency and patience are key. You're on a fantastic path, and every step forward is progress. Keep it up! 💪🏾💪🏾

Thank you for your love and support-it means the world! Your commitment to improvement, despite mistakes and the presence of negativity, is inspirational. The path to better health and wellness is a journey, not a destination, and every step forward is progress. It's tough when those around you don't understand or support your efforts, but your journey is yours alone, and you're doing it for YOU. Keep focusing on your goals and the reasons you started. If you're looking for a community that gets it, where you won't have to explain yourself, our group coaching program at www.wearegodswellness.com could offer you the understanding and support you're seeking. Keep pushing forward, and know that for every hater, there's someone else out there inspired by your determination. 💪🏾💪🏾 Your efforts and progress are valid and important. Keep grinding!

Hey Brix, I have been watching you for some years now and proud of your growth. I am a former body builder, I box and run marathons now. Training to be an ultra marathon runner as I age. Been almost ten years now in this Lifestyle. A good handful of us athletes like yourself who went from Fat to Fit would like stories upon the guys who been in the Lifestyle for some years who talk about “maintenance” of a physique (the ups and downs of Life in it). I do understand from Life experience, a person who is overweight can get shredded in three months, but it takes years to maintain healthy habits (Mentally) to keep a physique and to not go back to your original weight. This would be interesting content I think for people who have a lot of Life stuff under their belt years (children, big families, spouses, bills, debts, fortune, even poverty) after the transformation. Does this all make sense?

That was my dynamite! I replaced it with other healthy snacks. I have not had Cheetos in months! My go to snacks are: •Dry oats with protein •Fair life chocolate protein shakes •Greek yogurt, strawberries, and protein powder •Low cal/carb delightful bread with PB powder (peanut butter) Cheetos are an endless snack. They will never get you full. The snacks above will keep you full, longer, since thats thats one of proteins upside! Thats the key!
