What a gift you are giving your children by feeding them healthy food. Later in life that is what they will desire to eat. We always crave what we were fed as children.

Yeah so good. I was bought up on French food (my mum was a French chef restaurant owner) and so we’re my kids believing all the meat dairy cream and butter were ‘healthy’. Now they are 18, 21 and 23 and certainly don’t want to change to vegan like Me. Oh the regrets 😢

A little tip for you regarding the rebounder. To avoid it making the squeaking sound, put liberal amounts of vaseline around the hooks where it joins the rim with the net. Works a treat!

I've found that potato with a little potato starch or cassava flour makes a pretty sturdy 'pastry' ❤

Really?? Sounds easy & yummy! So um do u just boil a potato or 2 then add some flour then roll out? Oh and Is cassava the same as chick pea flour??

@@Castledark-27 Yep, just steam/boil potatoes, then mash & mix the flour in until you get a 'dough' consistency. Cassava is another tuber vegetable, but I'm sure chickpea flour would work well too! They make great pizza bases aswell☺

Ami get silicone inserts for your nice new air fryer. They make no difference to the cooking experience whilst keep your appliance clean. We bought a new one a few months ago (the Instantpot version) & love that it’s keeping like new. Well worth considering! Love the Samosas & all the Indian food recipes, right up my street! Your muscle tone is 🔥. Definitely the rebounder is an amazing workout. However try running in the full elements. It is crazy invigorating to do a few miles in a rain or snow storm. Thanks for the daily inspiration 🙏💕

I don’t use a microwave & haven’t for years. What do you recommend for temperature & time in an oven. I’m thinking 350 for 20 min?? I guess I could test it but hey, there’s no stupid questions right lol Thank you

Yes on the Rebounder, absolutely love it! I would love to get a bellicon but it is so expensive! There is another one I've had my eye on that is still a bungee type but it is a lot less expensive.

Today's lesson is to get a 2 compartment air fryer or at least an air fryer in my case. Since I don't use oils at all, it's a great thing to know about and hopefully use.

I am really looking forward to your Indian cookbook! I also made rice paper samosas and a wheat flour samosas a few weeks ago to see how they compared. The rice paper version was a big hit with the family and much easier and faster. 😊

Make the same shake and add powdered peanut butter and a bit of Himalayan pink salt. Highly recommend it!

Ami I was gifted an air fryer. I used it a couple of times but the plastic chemical smell it gave off permeated the food. I tried running it with a vinegar solution twice but the awful smell is still there. It is sitting on my shelf now. Any advice?

You have some really great ingredients and I don’t see those all those brands in the shops I go to, you must have a really good ethnic/whole food shop near you.. What shops do you use? I live in Hertfordshire if they’re near me be good to check them out 👍🏻
